Elegoo black PLA filament, with a diameter of 1.75 mm and a weight of 1 kg , was designed for reliable and trouble-free printing on most FDM 3D printers . The material is characterized by very good adhesion between layers, high dimensional stability, and a low tendency to deform , making it ideal for creating prototypes, decorative models, and functional parts. Precise diameter control with a tolerance of ±0.02 mm ensures even filament feeding, resulting in high-quality prints. The recommended printing temperature is 190°C to 230°C , and the material does not require a closed build chamber . PLA is made from plant-based raw materials , making it a more environmentally friendly alternative to many other materials used in FDM technology. This version does not have RFID , so it does not support the automatic material recognition feature available in select Elegoo printers.
