I appreciate the notification when the toner cart. is low. When I set the re notification to remind me in 1 week it reminds me every time I print. I do not recommend buying any HP printer that requires this printer cartridge. We got approx. 500 sheets printed with the cartridge before it ran out of ink. The next time I buy a printer, I'll make sure I research how good it's printer cartridge is. I'm extremely disappointed in this product. Publicada originalmente en HpF

there is nothing intuitive about this. check the chip for damage. where is the chip? there is a tab that needs to be pulled out. how far to pull? will it pop out completely? should i cut it ? no way to know. awful! there are no written instructions anywhere. the visual symbols are dark and indeciphe... I bought the toner cartridges (2) over a month ago and they are working very well, installation was ease. The order process is very poor and confusing. Would recommend that the web site for HP is adjusted to make user friendly. It took me longer to order the cartridges then installing the cartridge... Publicada originalmente en Hpb
