Un gran Espresso debe comenzar con una buena utilización de sus manipulaciones. Apisonamiento es la acción de la prensa de los posos de café en el grano en la taza del filtro antes de su extracción. Cuando se consigue la presión correcta se obtendrá el mejor café expreso posible.
Los mejores resultados se obtienen utilizando el compresor calibrado de café de De'Longhi para dar la presión adecuada para el filtro del café molido. Base de acero inoxidable con madera natural para manejar el diámetro de 51 mm adecuado para máquinas de la bomba de espresso.
