Helps so much with sleep [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ring Air has helped me understand my sleep pattern so much better. It has helped me to regulate the amount of REM and Deep sleep I get each night. As I am now sleeping better, I have more energy each day

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the ring 3 months ago after comparing it to several other 'smart rings' and I am so glad I chose this one. Mainly I use it to track my steps and heart rate as well as sleep. The app has a ton of features and is easy to learn to use.
