Excellent in theory.. not so much in reality. Not the best vacuum, not the best mop. But nice that it’s all in one.

5 star but it could better Incredibly easy to use. Does a great job. Overall it’s light and easy to pick up. Things I wish were different….. • Battery could last longer • Doesn’t get in tight to the wall • i wish there were some options for attachments, so i could get in close the wall or attach ...

Not worth it Really underwhelmed with this Bissell. The motor is incredibly loud - used to the noise levels of my eraser turbo and hydrosteam carpet cleaner but the CrossWave is just another level of excess. I didn’t expect any real scrubbing power, and it can’t do much besides remove loose debri....

Battery life is terrible. Doesn’t hold charge. Constantly needs to be placed back on charger.

I'd never considered a wet-dry vac before, always swept, vacuumed, and then mopped our floors and it was a pain. The broom neve...

Not self-propelled Cleans well, but unfortunately, I didn't check to make sure it was self=propelled before purchase. Without that feature, it is too heavy for my replaced shoulder.
