Okay It was great for a few months, but the pump stopped working. For all the money spent I’m disappointed and can’t find a replacement pump

CATIT PIXI WATER FOUNTAIN My 3 cats Oliver, Ghee-Ghee, & Tikki love this fountain. I have purchased several water fountains in the past and my pick of all of the. Is the Catit Pixie! I brought a beautiful Maine Coon Kitty, (Tikki) into our family. Due to their love for water this fountain works fo...

Love mine I love this fountain. And cleaning it is extremely easy compared to many of the other fountains I had in the past. Limescale buildup on the stainless steel is the only small issue I have with this fountain. And even this can be cleaned and fixed with proper methods, this is overall the b...

Bad and unnecessary pump redesign Small change in motor design Pump impeller spindle has been unnecessary shortened causing it to only support the impeller on one end instead of both ends like the earlier pumps Causing shortened motor life & noise which necessitates early avoidable replacement of...

Purrfect Water Bowl Cute, fun and works great! The only thing missing is a motion sensor which can be easily added.

Water getting in pump connection I really want a UV water fountain for my cats, but this one is defective and maybe dangerous? Water is able to get into the threaded connection with the pump/bowl and cause corrosion which destroys the internal pins. It’s destroyed two pumps so far before I realize...

Save your money for something better. I’ve had cart fountains for years. I like the design and have never had issues. Decided to upgrade to this for the steel bowl and to be able to see when the fountain is empty. First off, for this price, I assumed it would have a magnetic base or at least an ea...

Cat it smart pixie fountain Always had problems connecting to the smart pixie app- although we were following the steps -once finally connected the notifications would work for 1-2 days and then disconnect. I thought the plated stainless steel would be ok for my cats as they shouldn’t drink from ...

Very disappointed We purchased this very expensive water fountain in April. Hasn’t even been a full 6 months. The pump stopped working, one of the prongs that connect the pump to the cord inside the fountain came out and stayed in the permanent cord attached inside the unit. Our girls won’t drink ...

Ignore the fill claiming regular maintenance helps maintain the pump. It clearly does not. I bought mine a little over a year ago and loved it. I work on machines in construction and realize the importance of maintenance. I change the filter every two weeks and clean the pump the 1st of every mont...

do not recommand Broke in less than 1 year. The fountain was deconected from the application and cannot be paired with it since. It was the only feature justifying the high price and its not working anymore. Less than 1 year later the pomp broke.

About 1 year of flawless operations We love this product and have been using it without issue for about 1 year. Make sure you clean the pump and change the filter as instructed. This will keep your pump running without issue and water for kitties will be clean and yummy
