Finding the required product t on the hp website was easy, very easy. The ordering process was similarly simple. I like the toner very much. It gives me very good printing results. The thing I do not like is being forced to buy a 2 pack in order to purchase black toner for my printer. I went looking to replace my black toner cartridge & input my printer model. This was the only item that came up & I ordered it without noticing the nuance that this was a 2-PACK.
