El servicio de mensajería GLS ha sido malo: La página de seguimiento funciona mal, no te llaman en caso de estar ausente, tuve que ir dos veces a las oficinas,... El producto venía desprecintado. Espero que el técnico que me lo instalará no tenga problemas.

Works great Sorry I had to buy a new print head, but the new one works great so far. Original print head lasted about 7 years of moderate use. I have a feeling it had a predetermined expiration.

Easy to use [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The kit was easy to use. Had to replace a friends print head and ink cartridges. Easy to understand instructions. Once installed, the printer (T120) worked like a champ.

Easier than I was expecting I was worried I would have to buy a new plotter but gave this a try first. So glad I did!!! Worked perfectly and super easy just pop old out insert new seriously that easy. Printing back to normal.

HP DesignJet T120 Print Head I bought this product a couple weeks ago and it was a great fix to my printer. Instructions were easy to follow and it worked out perfect. My printer is back up and running as normal.

Printhead replacement - SIMPLE Replacing the printhead is very easy to remove existing and install new printhead. 5 years on the first printhead, but I was told, 3-4 years is the average on replacing the printhead.
