From the time that I started using the toner, it created a smudge line down the entire page about 1 inch from the right edge. Clearly a defective toner.

The printing we do at our company (payroll service) is insane but hp toners last for over 2 months!!! I checked with all company members ...

The amount of copies obtained from this toner is way too low for our office. We don't understand why our printer cannot use the higher yield toner and are so far disappointed with both the toner and the printer.

Have not used this yet as the one that came with new printer has not run out. But HP LaserJet toner cartridges cannot be beat. Would not put anything else in my machines
