Impresora buena y funcional. Va muy bien. Además se puede uno acoger al programa de Instant Ink de HP, que da tinta gratis durante 3 meses. Si se quiere se puede cancelar antes de que finalicen. HP printer too complicated to operate by older people. Better hand book with easy to understand instructions and pictures. Most people our age (79) are not computer and high tech savvy.

Hard to setup. Make setup easier. So you don’t have to get online to do it. Trying to scan multiple pages is hard. Sometimes it locks up between pages.

Great Printer no issue I bought this printer a month ago and I'm very happy with it so far. It works much better than my old printer! My only issue is that I haven't received my cashback yet, so I'm hoping that gets processed as soon as possible. Apart from that, everything has been great so far.
