Concerns Can not scan with this printer. Can not set up instant ink. I had to buy my first cartridges to get started.

I have enjoyed this printer It works well and I have been happy with it. My only quibble was a that the paper tray could hold more paper. That is a sure sign of my usage!

It's okay, but seems cheaply made. The copies print pretty well, even when I ask for two-sided copies. Paper tray doesn't hold as much paper as the previous HP printer we had. And in general, this printer just seems like a "light weight" device.

Good Printer Sad to have to replace the OfficeJet 5740, which was operating fine, just old technology. This new one is very good and operates fine.

Installing ink pods is not intuitive Better instructions are needed to clarify how to install the ink pods.

Good printing with some strange behaviors I like the compact size compared to my last printer. The everyday printing is good quality, but I always get an error when printing PDF’s that the help features have not answered. The pDF prints right away and then I get a message that it can’t print.
