Mic stopped working after 1 month My son got these for Christmas and about a month in they stop working. We can hear out of them but the mic doesn’t work. No one is able to hear him talk through it. Sound works great to hear. Just sucks the mic Stopped working for no reason. I man

Can't get mic to work! Sound quality good, but nothing I do in setting gets the mic to work. Very disappointing! If it's official Xbox licensed then this should be something you address before releasing it.

not very good I have only had this headset for a little over a month and I have been careful with my headset. I was just playing talking to my friends and it all of a sudden it I couldn't hear out of it but my mic was working.

Mic is worthless You have to yell in order for the mic to pick up your voice. And I do mean borderline scream. I've went into settings and everything is good. These are going back today.
