Best for photography + hiking This product revolutionized hiking with my camera. No more needing to use one or both hands to keep my camera from swinging around while strapped around my neck. Being hands free has made hiking more enjoyable and safe for me and my camera. Securely locked in place, b...

Great multi use I love how versatile it is, I can wear it on my pants or on my bag. Having hands free without having to completely put away my camera is extremely convenient.

Makes me want to use my camera more Love this little thing. It seems super durable and dependable. Best part is that it encourages me to take pictures more since I don't have to dig my camera out of my bag.

Outstanding support I lost part of my capture clip and wrote Peak Design in hopes of buying a new clip part, but they were so nice to replace it under warranty. Thank you.

Should have gotten one sooner I was hesitant to buy the Capture Clip, as I wasn't sure how much I would truly use it. However, switching to a new bag meant I lost quick access to my camera and needed a new solution, so I went for it. My camera hikes with me several times a week and many of these h...

Impressive design and functionality! I got two Captures in preparation for a week long trip to southern Utah. These were amazing. I was happy to have my hands free for hikes while the cameras remained easily accessible and secure. Now I feel like I need a few more of these for my other gear.

Outstanding quality Purchased the capture as I was sick of my camera swinging over and when hiking. I'm from an engineering background and the quality and design of this piece is amazing. Certainly ticks my OCD for detail

Great for backpacking! Both my wife and I have Peak Design's Capture clip that allows us to attach our mirrorlesss SLRs to our backpacks or daypacks. They work great and make our camera's quickly available without having the camera weight on a neck-strap. They work perfectly on most pack straps,...

Amazing Item I originally bought one to help with carrying my camera around while hiking. I was finding that by the end of my hikes my hand hurt so bad from carrying the camera I couldn’t move my hand for a couple days after. We then decided to go to Alaska so I got one for my husband to use as we...

Love the locking feature I been using this for almost a year now. Fits well with most of my backpacks. Love the locking mechanism of the clip, hold the camera secure when I go hiking. One small complaint is it starts to dig in to my shoulder and feels uncomfortable when it slips from ideal positio...

Great way to carry your camera! I bought this several years ago and have used it all over the world when traveling or backpacking and it’s the best way I’ve found to bring my camera and have it be easily accessible. The only thing that could potentially be improved is by providing two sets of diff...

Very Sturdy I was hesitant since it would be holding my camera over rough terrain, but its sturdy structure makes me very confident in the product.

Great clip, though I wish the bolts were longer The peak clip is a favorite of mine for when I'm hiking or shooting while wearing a backpack. The only downside is the length of the bolts and how little space is available to put the clip around a backpack strap. Regular backpacks might be fine bu...
