I was getting 60mbps download and 10-15mpbs upload through my old router through xfinity 400mbps. A speed test once hooking up the Netgear RS100 Dual-Band with WiFi 7 in it's place, with all other hardware the same, bumped me up to 980mbps download and 180mbps upload speeds!
