Stopped working within a week I got this as a gift and it stopped working within a week. The red light would go on at the bottom. I tried to trouble shoot everything it could possibly be. Maybe it’s just a bad one? I’m taking back to exchange for a new one. Hopefully this one works.

Not happy I bought this 5/6 months ago however I am totally dissatisfied with the quality of this product.some of the attachments often fall off while using also the curl function is not as it is advertised. With this price consumer expect a lot better outcome.

Don’t bother with i.d styling option Easy to use and unique system. Wouldn’t bother with the additional web i.d. styling option as not necessary, it also means there’s a component on the cord which is cumbersome.

Difficult to use I received this as a gift last Christmas and am yet to figure out how to use it. Very difficult to use and to understand what different air flow directions result in.
