Remarkable Quality This is a great size to start with, it is my first Dutch oven! The quality is remarkable and look forward to it being in the family for years to come! Have already used it to bake sourdough loaves, but looking forward to make soups, stews and more!

Beautiful Cocotte (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received my cocotte as a gift however when I took it out of the box the enamel coating was chipped by the handle. I exchange it at The Bay and my new cocotte is perfect!

Chilli is awesome in this This was exactly what I needed for my smoker I’m sure I’ll find other uses soon enough. I made multiple pots of chilli and no problem with sticking to the pot.

Traditional looking, high quality I love that the matte black gives you the look of traditional cast iron, but with the quality of a Staub piece. The self-basting lid is just a wonderful addition to a great piece.
