Black Ink - only about 70% full Ink quality is fine. But the cartridge was only about 70% full. Contacting HP to rectify but getting the run-around.

I would like a free replacement. I ordered this black ink cartridge, 62 and the printer says it is not compatible with my printer. Nothing was said about compatibility with this cartridge. I now need a replacement that fits my all in one Envy Photo 7855.

More Ink please I’m glad you had this ink cartridge in stock this time. I Prefer this over the non HP brands. As the black ink from the HP cartridge seems to be a bit more precise and clear. Thumbs up for HP ink I have an HP Printer (Envy 5660) and find it very convenient to use their ink service - the cartridges arrive promptly and they work well. This is good quality black ink and I recommend it for your use too.
