The deadline to request a refund provided within 30 days natural from the reception of the order. The circumstances that may cause a refund are the following:

In products of music, film, software, etc, the same will have to be packed and without unsealing. In image and sound, photography and computing, the packaging must be in perfect condition and keep all accessories and instructions to be returned home
