Good Warranty Service Warranty service was fast and efficient. I especially liked the fact that I was not required to pack and mail any parts to Weber. They correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone and sent a replacement part.

Electric grill Living in a condo, we are not allowed to have gas grills and it has been impossible to find an electric outdoor grill that cooks like a gas grill. My new Weber does just that. Thank you

Just a great electric bbq. I bought this last year and Very happy I did. I owned 5 before this one. This is my first Electric bbq but what a machine. I love it. Highly recommend!

Perfect little grill for small items! I purchased this little grill to grill small items so I don't have to fire up my large one. It's easier to clean than my large one. Gets messy but, I don't mind.

Very satisfied! Great cooking experience! Heat is evenly distributed across what’s being cooked yielding a noticeably improved flavor. No propane bottles to contend with. Easier to keep clean when compared to a gas grill.

Easy use and easy clean up. I made this purchase about a month ago and don’t know why I didn’t sooner. We absolutely enjoy having this grill. We have cooked steaks, burgers, hotdogs and sausage kabobs. All has turned out amazing.

Great grill for our condo Since we cannot have a gas or charcoal grill, we did our homework and decided on the Weber Q-1400. We were not disappointed. Works even better that we thought. Can’t tell the difference fro our charcoal grills.

Happy with electric After using Weber gas grills for years, my apartment does not allow gas. This electric is a great substitute. Still prefer gas, but the Q does the job quite well.

Good size for a small deck Most positive thing about an electric grill is not having to haul a propane tank. Having cooked steak and fish on the grill we are satisfied. There is an adjustment to this change but well worth it.

Great temperature control. Being able to control the heat is a great feature. I am also impressed with how hot high gets for grilling steaks. Carry in our motorhome and love it!
