Doesn’t work all the time

Super Happy with fit and info
Purchased the Index Sleep Monitor as I just cannot wear a watch in bed. The band is super comfortable and you don't notice it on at all. Great Accessory

Almost perfect
While the cuff is quite comfortable and doesn’t impact my sleep, the device itself sticks to my skin and feels kinda weird when I remove it in the morning. Very comfortable. Don't notice I'm wearing it to the point of having to remind myself to take it off in the morning. I could never stand sleeping with a watch or anything else on my wrist so this is perfect. Recording seems to be spot on also. One quick note is that nothing I found in the doc... Best Alarm
I have to wake up much earlier than my wife. With that being said it typically has taken concert level alarms to get me up and moving waking both of us. Comfortable, Smart, and Mostly Reliable
I’ve been using the Garmin Index Sleep Monitor for 30 days now, and overall, I’m impressed. Is it absolutely necessary? No. But if you’re already deep into the Garmin ecosystem and can’t stand sleeping with a watch on, this is a worthwhile addition.

Not worth the money
Long time Garmin user, 15+ years. I had high hopes for this device, took a chance due to mixed reviews and think it’s a dud. Tracking is less reliable than my Fenix 8 pro or Epix gen 2. Garmin sleep monitor
This device takes a little getting used to, but as much more comfortable than sleeping in a watch while Garmin is much better than Apple in terms of battery life I do appreciate how I can charge my watch overnight and still see how I’m sleeping overall I’m very happy with this...
