Great for back and shoulder [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tend to get stiff muscles in my upper back and should area. This really helps relax those muscles. I use this with the combination of the wave roller for entire region. The USB C is a great addition.

My husband had a pinched My husband had a pinched nerve and the pain went from his hip to his calf. The chiropractor told him to get the wave duo and it has helped him tremendously!!! So glad he made this purchase. GREAT Product!!!

Expensive and Useless Pretty useless device. And an expensive one at that. It’s essentially a hard, rubber log with an indent. The vibration doesn’t even register to your bones/body, because there’s only so much a small log can vibrate. I saw no benefit to using this and it was a hassle to make it...
