I got this product 1 month ago and i habe had no issues whatsoever
Headset looks and feels fantastic and was so easy to adjust the settings and can also switch between pc and playstation makes it even better
Sound quality is excellent the mic works great and very clear

Really solid headset. Mic quality and audio are great. Noise cancelling is fantastic!
Battery lasts for a long time which is great.
