I was hoping it would be built like their 3-1 charger. I have both; My issues with the 2-1 charger is that the base is made of plastic. The 3-1 base is entirely covered by a soft silicon rubber. I bought this couple of weeks ago and I am so glad. The Magsafe features work as expected for both the phone charging station and the airpod charging station. The height and angle make it great for keeping by the side of the bed and using the phone as an alarm clock. I do wish the pad at the bottom for charging Airpods wasn't quite so sensi...
