Es lo que estaba buscando. Un trackeador inteligente de salud principalmente en sueño, estrés y función cardíaca. Pros
- Mide muy bien la HRV (Variabilidad de la FC)
- Buena y bastante ajustada medición de la cantidad y calidad del sueño, con consejos y recomendaciones adicionales para mejorar, desde la app.
- Bastante cómodo, no es pesado ni hace bulto, casi se te olvida que lo llevas puesto
- Que no tiene suscripción de pago obligatoria, podés contratar dos o tres cosas adicionales, mas específicas pero no son indispensables.
Contras
- La batería podria durar un poco mas. Me dura entre 4 a 6 días, depende del uso.
- Se carga en 1.30 hs aproximadamente.
