Bad return experience. I tried to do the return online as recommended but got reply that my information was not recognized. Spent a half an hour with a representative on “chat” and was told that I would get an email in one to two days with QR code for return. A week and a half later: no email. U... I have had iPads for 5 years using the Apple Smart Cover. Recently I purchased the Defender iPad cover, it is versatile, durable, has built in stand that is solid and hard shell acts as both a cover and stand or backing if holding in your hand.
