In the case of RMA requests, it will be essential to fill out the RMA document through our website at the link: https://www.turbo-e.com/contacto. It will be essential for acceptance that all the data requested in the form is included and that the original packaging or packaging of the equipment or product has not been opened.
• No material will be received without packaging and without being accompanied by the label with its RMA number noted and that has not been sent postage paid.
• We reserve the right to repair only those products whose repair may be covered by the warranty.
• The cost of the review and diagnosis plus return shipping will be invoiced for those equipment whose breakdown is not ultimately covered by the warranty. This will be accepted by you with the RMA request. Whenever possible, we will offer you a repair estimate for those equipment whose failure is outside the warranty. This quote must be accepted or rejected within a maximum of 15 days. Once this period has passed, we will proceed to return the equipment, issuing the invoice for the relevant review, diagnosis and shipping costs prior to preparing the estimate.

At Turbo Energy we work with Installers and distributors, each one is part of an essential chain so that Turbo Energy products reach their destination. Purchases of these products are subject to these terms and conditions.
• The nature of the purchase and sale carried out by Installers and distributors will have a commercial nature.
• No return will be accepted that is not based on a damage to the purchased material.
• Said damage must necessarily be one that would not have been visible upon purchase.
• The damage or malfunction must be factory-made and not caused by poor handling. We will understand by handling the storage, transportation or installation
• For hidden defects, you will have 30 days to report said past malfunction or damage, which will be understood as compliant as provided in Article 342 of the Commercial Code.
• For returns, a request must be made to the SAC which, after a telematic diagnosis, will accept or reject an RMA.
o In the case of acceptance by the SAC, the client or buyer will send the product to the indicated workshop at their expense.
o After the diagnosis of the product received, SAC will determine if the product is within the warranty.
o In the event that the product is not under warranty, the buyer will assume the round trip transportation of the product from its warehouse to the workshop, the diagnosis and, if accepted, the repair.
o If it is under warranty, Turbo Energy will assume the costs of transportation, diagnosis and repair or replacement of the product.
• The installer undertakes to manage consumer complaints in relation to the product as long as they arise from the responsibility that the manufacturer has with the product. It must serve the end consumer by providing technical support during installation and after it if there is a malfunction. To do this, Turbo Energy will have a SAC available, training on Turbo Energy products and the potential opening of an RMA as described above.
• The distributor must provide support to the installer who purchases Turbo Energy products before, during and after the installation process. Turbo Energy will provide the necessary training for this.
• Both the installer and the distributor must handle the products in accordance with the instructions given and, failing that, in accordance with good practice.
