My son was so excited to open the door each morning! I can't find any rules for the game though. But maybe the idea is just to walk through the world of Harry Potter and friends, and he's perfectly happy doing that!

I am glad I didn't use this as an advent calendar it would have been disappointing. There was one missing entirely and many of the items were in the wrong slot. The directions were not helpful in creating some of the items. The gameboard was clever but I feel like it was missing any game suggestions...

Once my son had opened up all 24 doors, I expected there to be some instructions on how to play the actual game but there were none. I’m assuming now that the game is super simple, and it’s just a race to get to the last step (if so, it’s extremely boring, un-interractive and disappointing).
